- Account Information: When you register or scan a code, we collect your email address. This is required to link the QR code to an owner and to facilitate chat notifications.
- Communication Data: We store text messages sent through our chat system.

Note: We do not store credit card details; payments are processed by Shopify.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: To connect QR code owners with finders anonymously.
- Notifications: To send transactional emails via Inleed Mailer regarding new chat messages.
- Legal Compliance: To fulfill accounting and data protection obligations.
4. Third-Party Services and Security
We share data with trusted providers to operate the Service:
- Shopify: E-commerce and payments.
- Inleed Mailer: Email notifications.
- Hosting: Servers located in Sweden.
Security Disclaimer: While we implement robust security measures and regular backups, no digital storage system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security or permanent availability of your data in the event of catastrophic failures (e.g., fire or natural disasters) at our third-party hosting providers.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Retention Period: We store your personal data and chat history for as long as your account remains active and the Service is operational.
- User Deletion: You can delete your account or specific data within the Service settings. This immediately removes data from our active databases.
- Backups: Residual copies may remain in our backup systems for up to 30 days before being permanently overwritten.
