You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.
The Service allows anonymous communication between a QR code owner and a finder.
"As Is": The Service is provided without guarantees that lost items will be found.
Anonymity: Emails are masked, but sharing personal info in the chat text is at your own risk.
You must not use the Service for harassment, spam, illegal content, or hate speech. We reserve the right to terminate users who violate this.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following data practices:
Shopify Store: When using our shop at "shop.mylostitem.com", user data may be shared with marketing applications and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and Google.
App Analytics: Our application "mylostitem.com" utilizes Google Analytics to collect data regarding usage and performance.
You may delete your account via settings.
Effect: Deleting your account renders your physical QR code(s) permanently inactive.
Scans: Anyone scanning a deleted code will see: "The QR code is not valid in our system."
Irreversible: Deleted accounts and chat history cannot be restored.
To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law, Solid Digital Nordic AB is not liable for:
Solid Digital Nordic AB shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to fires, natural disasters, war, strikes, power outages, or failure of third-party hosting/internet services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts (Malmö District Court).
